教職員と保護者を同じリストで招待できますか？

はい。全員を同じイベントに追加しても、2つのグループを分けて管理したい場合は別々のイベントにしても構いません。

保護者のスマホでも使えますか？

はい。招待状も出欠フォームもスマホ中心の設計で、アプリのインストールは不要です。
